Dan Darden, M.Div.  Dan has served with CCS as the Executive Director and a pastoral counselor since March of 2001.  Prior to joining CCS, he served for six years as a Mental Health Professional and Certified Addictions Counselor with Ogeechee Behavioral Health Services in Swainsboro, Georgia.  Dan has a BS in Psychology from Valdosta State College ('75) and a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, Virginia ('90).  He has additional graduate hours in human relations and marriage/family therapy. He is an ordained minister of the gospel and has served local churches as a senior pastor and minister of education.  His primary focus at CCS is to help those who struggle with addictions, marriage and family problems, emotional strongholds (anger, anxiety, depression, etc.) and grief. He also provides premarital counseling using the PREPARE Inventory.  He is fond of playing the guitar, especially the music of the '50's, '60's and '70's.  He and his wife Sandy reside in Forsyth, Georgia.

In addition to individual, couple and family counseling, our staff of counselors are also available for speaking engagements, workshops and seminars.
